Five things you may not know about laser therapy

PART-TIME LASER TECHNICIAN NEEDED 

Will train the right candidate to utilize the robotic laser to treat pain and inflammation in patients suffering from acute/chronic musculoskeletal conditions. 
Duties: 
• Administering laser treatments(1-2 per hour) 
• Completing patient progress notes 
• Explain basic laser therapy principles to patients 
• Promote and ensure a safe and comfortable treatment environment 
• Keep treatment rooms organized and sanitary 
• Answer phones, check patients in/out 
• Light office cleaning(shared duty) 
Hours: 
• Part time Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:45am-4:30pm 
Requirements: 
• Healthcare experience required 
• Highschool Diploma required, Associates degree preferred 
• CPR/AED Certification

The healing process from my shoulder replacement surgery has been much quicker, with less swelling than previous joint surgeries I’ve had. Also, the considerable bruising diminished rapidly with the treatments. I wish I had known about OrthoLaser when I had my knees replaced, and had 3 back surgeries! The staff were helpful and encouraging. My only caveat is, being partially disabled, getting into the building from the parking lot was challenging-especially in bad weather.

Here is my experience with OrthoLazer. OrthoLazer has been a lifesaver for me. I had a serious injury with a torn tendon. Because of the treatments I received I was able to avoid surgery and return to a normal life. The staff are wonderfully caring and extremely knowledgeable. Without their support I don't know where I would be. After I recovered from the tendinosis, a few months later I was dealing with hip bursitis. Again, I went back to OrthoLazer and they worked their magic. I am grateful and thankful that this modality exists. It has given me my life back!
