Terry, Chairman of the Board at OrthoLazer, brings over 40 years of leadership in the orthopedic industry. He has held senior roles at Zimmer Medical Holdings and Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Orthopedics, and has led multiple medical device companies through growth, innovation, and acquisition. With expertise in product development, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, Terry continues to shape the future of orthopedic care.

Kenny Hancock

Kenny serves as OrthoLazer’s CEO and is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience building and leading physician-owned surgical facilities. A co-founder of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation, Surgical Alliance Corporation, Meridian Surgical Partners, and Lync Health Partners, he brings extensive expertise in physician partnerships, business development, and the growth of surgical centers, imaging, and therapy facilities. Passionate about mentorship and team leadership.

Rod Mayer

Rod brings decades of leadership experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. A proven executive, Rod has successfully guided organizations through growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of building companies that advance patient care. At OrthoLazer, he is focused on expanding access to state-of-the-art laser therapy, strengthening physician and patient relationships, and positioning the company as a national leader in orthopedic recovery solutions.

Scott Sigman

Dr. Sigman, Chief Medical Officer of OrthoLazer, is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in opioid-sparing surgery. With over 25 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon specializing in the knee and shoulder. He serves as team physician at UMass Lowell, sits on Massachusetts’ Pain Management Access Commission, and is a Fellow of both the World Society on Sports and Exercise Medicine and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. In addition to advancing medical education, device innovation, and publishing extensively, Dr. Sigman leads OrthoLazer’s mission to provide effective, non-opioid pain management solutions.

Rob, a founding member of OrthoLazer, served as interim CFO for five years and continues to provide strategic guidance as a member of the Board of Directors. Mark is the current President of Cutting Edge Laser Technologies. As OrthoLazer’s inaugural CEO, he guided the company through its first five years, shaping its clinical vision, operations, and national expansion. With decades of experience in medical laser technology, Mark has been a driving force in integrating advanced laser therapies into orthopedic and pain management care.
